Recipe: Thanksgiving Cranberry Salad
Colorado Kitchens – Denver, CO
2 ½ cups ground or finely chopped raw cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple, drain and discard juice
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip
Mix all salad ingredients together several hours before eating. Cranberry mixture keeps well if you don’t add the marshmallows and Cool Whip.
