Recipe: Microwave Fudge
In honor of Mike Tenney and in Memory of Judy Tenney – Mason City, IA
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/3 C. cocoa
¼ C. milk
1 stick (1/2 C) butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Nuts if desired
Mix powdered sugar, cocoa, milk, butter, and salt in 2 ½ quart microwaveable bowl. Cook in the microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes or until butter is melted. Add vanilla and stir out lumps. Add nuts. Pour into dish and let cool. Cut into small squares.
