Recipe: Frosted Lemonade Punch

4 c. cold water
1 (6 7/8 oz) env. or 1 c. sugar sweetened lemonade mix
4 c (32 oz) Squirt Soda or a lemon lime flavored soda
1 qt. lemon sherbet
2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
In punch bowl stir cold water into lemonade mix until dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice. Stir ½ the sherbet to soften; blend into lemonade mixture. Scoop remaining sherbet on top. Resting bottle on rim of bowl, carefully pour in carbonated beverage; stir gently. Note: If you cannot find lemon sherbet, any flavor tastes great.
Makes 14 cups.
