Recipe: Fresh Blueberry, Lemon Parfait

1 3-4 oz pkg of instant lemon pudding
1/2 cup milk
1 c crushed vanilla wafers
2- 2 1/2c fresh blueberries
1 c whipping cream
Prepare instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk. Whip cream into soft peaks. Fold into the pudding. Layer pudding, crushed wafers, and blueberries into 6 parfait or wineglasses. Repeat layers ending with pudding cover. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
