Recipe: Asparagus Bundles

asparagus6 oz. asparagus spears
2 medium carrots, cut into thin strips
1-8 oz. cheese softened
1 egg
2 tablespoons fresh basil
½ C. feta cheese
1 package of flour tortillas
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Cut asparagus into 2” pieces.  Steam with carrots for 5 minutes.  Beat egg, cream cheese, basil, crumbled cheese.  Arrange asparagus and carrots in center of tortilla.  Spoon 2 rounded tablespoons of cheese mixture over veggies.  Fold bottom half of tortilla up, then left and right sides.  Brush rolls with mild and sesame seeds.

Bake 10-12 minutes at 450 degrees.
